Sharingan i one of the best Doujutsus in Naruto and it's very strong.
But on this Server you think in the room were you pick the clan:" Woaaah Sharingan sounds cool!"
But it's just a SLOW!
So Sharingan should be more stronger and impressiv.
I thought about that Sharingan may have a Silence and a Slow
Silence for 3 sec and Slow as usually

A slow is very strong it allows you to have an easier time hitting jutsu and kunais. Just because its strong in the anime doesnt mean we should make it unbalanced uchihas fine the way it is.

The slowness is pretty realistic tho
The slowness makes u more able to predict the movement of ur opponent and that is what the Sharingan does in the Anime

We are trying to get clans to be balanced. Just because in the anime it shows how op Sharingan is doesn't mean we will do that. It would be unfair

I agree that a silence is unessesary and Uchiha is fine how it is but he was just making a idea and suggestion whats with all the dislikes really?
